Beneva Lakes Healthcare Rehabilitation Center Complaint Made
Beneva Lakes Healthcare Rehabilitation Center complaints are investigated by the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. This nursing home is a for-profit nursing home located at 741 Beneva Road, Sarasota, Florida 34232. This nursing home has been owned and operated by Consulate Health Care since 2012. F 282 Failing to provide services by qualified persons in accordance with each resident’s written plan of care. Investigators concluded that the nursing home failed to provide interventions that were to be done in accordance with the care plans for more than one resident.
F 353 Failing to have sufficient numbers of nursing staff to meet the needs of each resident on a 24 hour basis. The Agency concluded during its investigation that Beneva Lakes Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center failed to have sufficient staff to meet the needs of residents of its nursing home.
F 356 Failing to post daily nursing staff information. In addition to concluding that the nursing home did not have enough staff to meet resident needs, the State of Florida also cited Beneva Lakes Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for failing to post in a public area within its nursing home the required staffing information for the building.
N 054 Failing to follow physician orders as prescribed. Beneva Lakes Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center’ Sarasota nursing home was also found in violation of state law for failing to follow doctor’s orders.
