Venice Green Village Assisted Living Facility was cited during its initial licensure survey on November 21, 2017 for multiple deficiencies, at which time, officials with the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration alleged that it failed to meet minimum requirements for assisted living facilities as set forth under Florida law. Venice Green Village is located at 2745 Venice Avenue East, Venice, Florida and was previously known as Gulf Winds ALF under prior ownership. State investigators issued a report that details a total of 12 deficiencies which were required to be addressed by this Venice assisted living facility prior to receiving its standard initial license.
