Anchin Pavilion and its corporate license holder were the subject of a negligence and wrongful death lawsuit filed in 2014, Case No. 2014 CA 004417 NC, that was settled in 2016. This lawsuit asserted a claim for “lethal negligence” resulting in the wrongful death of a resident of Anchin Pavilion.
