Results of the Inspection Conducted November 4, 2021
The inspection resulted in the citation of two Class 3 deficiencies and two Class 4 deficiencies. Deficiencies are cited when state investigators determine that an assisted living facility is not in compliance with the requirements under Florida law. In this instance, the State of Florida cited the license holder of the assisted living facility for its alleged non-compliance in the areas of food service – dietary standards, staffing records, and the background screening of employees.
