Life Care Center of Sarasota is an 120 bed nursing home located at 8104 Tuttle Avenue, Sarasota, Florida. On June 1, 2018, investigators with the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration conducted an unannounced inspection at Life Care Center of Sarasota. At that time, Florida officials documented and cited deficiencies against Life Care Center of Sarasota related to quality of resident care and other concerns. Investigators with the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration concluded that Life Care Center of Sarasota failed to comply with several requirements under state and federal law.
